Wonder what this fuss was about getting Gandhiji's Chappals & lotta back to India.This will get consigned to a musuem,and duly forgotten, as has his teachings and way of life.

Surprise surprise!! guess who brought the articles back? a liquor baron !!! and Gandhiji was a teetotaler all his life.
